Engineering what's next in winter.

Snow One was created around a simple belief: better winter equipment decisions require engineering knowledge, market intelligence and real operational experience.

The founder

Frederic-JocelynJalbert-Desforges

Founder · Market strategy, sales & marketing

After more than ten years in international leadership roles within the snow removal equipment industry, the last four as deputy managing director, Frederic-Jocelyn Jalbert-Desforges founded Snow One. His teams supported snow-removal operators and businesses across the United States, Canada, France, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Norway, Turkey and Japan: nine markets, each with its own operating conditions, customer expectations and commercial priorities. Snow One's international market strategy comes directly from that experience: local knowledge adapted to each country, not one playbook applied everywhere. He is not a snow contractor, and he spent much of those years at their side, in every one of those countries, learning what the machine has to do on the night it counts. Think of a race engineer in Formula 1: not the driver, the one who sets up the car so the driver wins.

How we engage

Six rules, every engagement.

A mutual NDA first
Every engagement starts with a mutual NDA, signed before the first technical conversation.
No client is named
We publish no client name and no case study without written consent.
Your data stays yours
Drawings, data, costs and results stay yours, and project teams never cross between clients.
Never both sides of a deal
We work for makers and for buyers, and never on both sides of the same deal.
An engineer signs
Every deliverable is signed by an engineer.
One step at a time
Every project moves in steps, each one a decision point where you see the result before committing to the next.

One discipline

Four tools, one rule.

Every number carries its origin: measured on the solid, derived under stated assumptions, declared by a manufacturer, or not verifiable from what we have. Every legal or market statement carries its jurisdiction and its verification date. And when the data does not support an answer, Snow One says so instead of guessing. That is what makes a recommendation you can defend in a board meeting, a bid or a purchase.

A figure never leaves Snow One without its source and its class, and the system says when it does not know.

About Snow One

Tell us the problem in your own words.

We will tell you which tool answers it, and what we would need to answer it properly.
